sending MIDI messages from LabVIEW to ToneLib GFX or BiasFX

Hello!

I want to create a program that would transfer MIDI messages from LabVIEW to "Tone lib-GFX" or "bias FX". For example, if I press a button in LabVIEW, the guitar preset changes in "Tone lib-GFX". I've been thinking for a long time about how to implement this, but unfortunately I haven't come up with anything.
