server firewall message

while running a my Exe sometimes i am getting message from my server "Firewall has blocked this program" i am not using any web publishing or internet option. only i am communication using Kvaser CAN Hardware to my UUT. Can somebody suggest why i am getting this message that too sometimes only.

Is labview installed in the machine running the exe?
