setting AI input limits

I set AI input limit from 0 to 10 volts. The board indicates a reading of 23 volts (out of range). The actual voltage is 5.88 volts which agrees with the NiDaq config utility. The Daq wizard thinks that the range can only be +/- 5 volts and also reads 23 volts.

I think you'd get a lot more coverage if you post in the data acquisition forum. Generally, posting by hardware first will get you more responses.

There are some important details missing here for anyone to help. If you are setting the input limit to 0 to 10V, have you configured the board for that polarity (as opposed to +/-X volts)? For that matter, what board are you using? Are you in single ended or differential mode? What connections are you making? For instance, in differential, you need to connect channel 0 and channel 8 (or in general channel x and x+8). In single ended, you would use a channel combined with the ground or sense.
