AntiVirus/Security program getting in the way on Host end?

No Antivirus/Security programs running.  Firewall is down.  This is an isolated network.  Even if I increase the priority of my LabVIEW process, the problem persists.

if you are running LabVIEW 2009, you could be running into a bug that was discovered after the product was released.  A patch is available, but it may be best just to upgrade to 2010, if that's an option for you.  Check out this KB for more information
