suggest me about AES

I have spartan 3E and single board RIO only. I have input 3-D image (volume) into AES.

Please suggest me which one either spartan 3E or single board RIO is comfortable?

What does "AES" stand for?

What do you mean by the board being "comfortable"?  I think either one would be very uncomfortable as a pillow.

sorry,for your information AES is Advanced encryption standard. I have 3 image(volume) into AES.Two prime processes involved:encryption (cipher) and decryption (decipher).Cipher is a process to convert data into unintelligent form called ciphertext. Decipher is a process for the data to be converted back into into its original form called paintext.

I have single board RIO and spartan 3E only . so which one is suitable either single board RIO and spartant 3E to do this process?

both can do that task. But it involves work named "programming", so "comfortable" is depended on your programming skills 🙂
