No, as in you still don't see that option, or no you don't have the license? The Application Builder is part of the Professional Edition of LabVIEW. Have you activated the license? Go into the NI License Manager (a shortcut is installed in the Start menu) to check to see if the product is activated.

I don't have this licence displayed explicitly, but I understand I have it with LV, Proffesional Licence haven't I?

So, I understand, I don't have the option which xxx has showed because of I'm using LV8.6.1 and instead of LV2009 or  LV2010 and not due to licence activation? Is it true?
