It is not likely that you will find any program to do that. I suggest that you search for "I-V curves" and similar terms. I recall a number of posts from people who have built curve tracing systems. One of those may be close enough that you could adapt it.
A program like that has many components. If you can tell us which ones you can do and which are giving you trouble, we can focus on what you do not know. For example do you know how to sweep the voltage? Howdpo you intend to measure votlage? How do you communicate with your measurement equipment?
