synchronize vi

i have a problem with a vi.
when i call the vi alone. it will work in 1ms. when i use it like a subvi it takes up to 150ms.
someone told me to syncronize the vi.
how do i do this?

could you post an example? What you might have to do is us some of the syncronization techniques such as notifiers, occurances, or semiphores. This techniques will allow your vi to wait to load until another occurrance or event has happened. You can look at the labview examples for syncronization and it might also help. Hope this helps.
