table hangs after carriage return in cell

I am able to reproduce your problem in 8.5  The table doesn't have to be in a while lopp and the VI doesn't even have to be running.  I also found the same thing happens with Multicolumn listboxes and Listboxes.

1. The control must have multi-line support enabled
2. Click in a cell and hit ENTER.
3. Click in another cell and hit ENTER.
4. Click back in the first cell.  The control is non-reponsive.  It appears to remain this way until the VI is closed and reopened.

Ok.. I can reproduce it now! Very strange behaviour!

Yeah my application calls for the user to input data into a table and it didn't take them long to crash the the app! I had to rewrite it using an 2d array of strings, not as nice, but it works....
