tagsrv.exe is using 100% of my CPU

Several times since installing LV 8.5, I have noticed that something called tagsrv.exe has gone nuts and started consuming 100% of available CPU cycles.  In every case, I was not even running LabVIEW!

Is this a known issue?

Will it happen on my customers' computers where I have installed LV applications?  (They won't be happy.)

I think it wont happen on the customer's PCs, unless & until it has/runs only the application[exe].

If you happen to install LV or any related stuff like DSC, the tagsrv.exe may again start to be problematic.
