tdms-excel download problems

Hi,
I'm try to download the tdms plugin for excell (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/2944) , but unfortunately the link is wrong because i think there is for open office calc (oocalc-tdm-addin.zip), when I'm try to install this file a popup windows report error like this "yopu must have openoffice 2.0 for installa this file".

maybe the right file  is  tdm-excel-addin_.zip, but I can't download it.

can anyone  help me?
