teledyne T3DSO2104 scope

Hi all ,

 I am having issue with communication with  TELEDYNE TEST TOOLS T3DSO2104 SCOPE.

I am able to Ping it. I have install the passport.  I am not able to see it on NI MAX. Also not able to communicate via VISA directly.

I am using 64 bit PC, Window 10(64 bit) but using LabVIEW 32 bit Development System. Passport I guess it is 64 bit. 

 I could not find any Driver or plug in. Could you please comment what is going on.

Just to be clear, you tried to connect to it via the instructions here?

If you add it this way, you should be able to communicate with a VISA test panel at least.

Hi,

exactly same step I tried with Max no success.

According to manufacture document. I have install the passport and try to use visa in program no success.

One thing is bothering me ie: I am using LabVIEW 32 bit. I have install the passport dll 64 bit. I have window 64 bit and processor 64 bit. I am wondering if there is any add on which will allow to call 64 bit dll by 32 bit LabVIEW 

 I try to monitor communication via wireshark but there is no entry for communication request. I can ping the device though.
