Very broad question... Start on ni.com/labview and see the online tutorial if you're starting up with LabVIEW.
Is it not you that produced the code here : http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/imaq/m-p/2298328#U2298328? Or maybe you inherited that code from someone else?
We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.

Go to www.ni.com and use the search function. You will find plenty of useful results like this:
https://forums.ni.com/t5/Biomedical-User-Group/On-line-ECG-Analysis/td-p/3407395
https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview-biomedical-toolkit-api-ref/page/lvbiomed/bio_vis.html
And if you really know nothing about LabVIEW, try taking a training course. Because jumping into ECG analysis without knowing the basics is a bad idea.

And then check into the Biomedical User Group. There is a toolkit you can use and ECG references you should read.
