temperature monitoring

Im trying to create a temperature recording Vi using labview 9 on a Daq9172, though having problems on how the front panel updates/displays the temperature every minute and the rate of change of that temperature to be recorded and displayed every hour, this will help to determine whether the temperature has stabilised over an hour period.

Is it possible to have the block diagram to run a two different time stamps (update temperature every minute and secondly record temperature rise over an hour)

I have attached the Vi to show the understanding of the required program. Exuse the layout as im new to Labview.
