National Instruments SCXI-1001 12-Bay modular chassis Qty: 2 chassis Each of the two N.I. chassis contains the following: N.I. SCXI-1600 16-Bit Digitizer for USB Qty: 1 digitizer module N.I. SCXI-1102 32-Channel T/C Amplifier Qty: 2 T/C amplifiers N.I. SCXI-1303 32-Chan CJC-compensated Direct-Mount Terminal Block Qty: 2 terminal blocks N.I. TBX-1303 32-Chan CJC-compensated Remote Terminal Block Qty: 2 remote terminal blocks When calibrating/verification of this system for reading temperature do I have to do each channel or all 32 channels or just 1 channel in each bank?

actually I was just trying to verify temperatures to within +/- 1 C using labview software. kinda of a quick check thing.

Hi bmlservices,

 

In that case, you may also need to take into consideration the accuracy and sensitivity of the data acquisition device you are using (i.e. SCXI-1600) and the V/degree C specification for the thermocouple you are using.
