Is NI in contact with Microsoft so this can be fixed with an OS update? Seems urgent!

Hello 02gugas02
Do you have any internet banking security component installed in your computer? We have found out the problem is being caused here in Brazil by software component called "Warsaw". We do not know if this is the only possible cause, but please make sure you have uninstalled any kind of internet bank software and then install LabVIEW, after that you can reinstall this software.
Please let us know about the result if your case applies on it.
Thanks

I am trying to install NI Developer Suite 2015 DS2 on brand-new Windows 10 system:
Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1607, OS Build 14393.0
Hardware is Intel i7-6700TE CPU with 32 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD.
I have done this install before in the past on identical hardware without issue. Last Friday I tried four separate times and each time, the installer simply stopped partway through, at different % Complete marks. Today it is stalled at 27% complete for the past hour. I tried installing from a separate USB3 drive, and also first copying the install files onto the internal SSD drive before starting the install. Same result both ways. Then I assumed this particular system must have a hardware fault, and got another fresh Windows 10 system (same hardware config) from our inventory, and tried again. Same result, the NI installer simply freezes. Windows Task Manager is open to "Performance" tab, and that reports CPU at 1% and DISK at 100%, but I have a blue rotating circle cursor and it does not respond to CTRL-ALT-DEL, or the windows menu key on the keyboard. At that point my only option was to force reboot with the power switch. I have run the windows memory diagnostic tester with no problems, and the PRIME95 stress test burn-in for about an hour with no failures, so I think the hardware is likely OK.

When I tried again with the Task Manager open to "processes" sorting on "% Disk Use" it froze again (this time with 22% overall complete) at 100% total disk use but with no visible process using any disk (all 0%). So there is some hidden process using 100% of the disk, I don't know what that means. See attached screen shot.
This is becoming an urgent problem for us so if there is any solution or workaround, I would like to know about it very soon.
EDIT: my case may match this Windows problem with "some SSD drives":
"...we are aware of issues with some Advanced Host Controller Interface PCI-Express(AHCI PCIe) models that causes these symptoms in Windows 10 when running with the inbox StorAHCI.sys driver. Due to a firmware bug, the Solid-state drive (SSD) does not properly complete input/output when Message Signaled Interrupt (MSI) mode is enabled. As a result, the Windows storage stack attempts to reset the device after waiting on unresponsive reads or writes for a period of time."

Update: In our specific case, it now seems there may be a hardware issue related to some cable rework. Three different PCs with the same OS and hardware spec as the problem systems have now had the LV install complete successfully.

2nd Update: My previous update was not correct. It was not a hardware problem, although it happened at the same time as the rework. What happened is during a cable rework, our PC vendor also mistakenly reimaged the drive with Windows 10 Pro instead of Windows 10 Enterprise. It is now our experience that Windows 10 Pro is incompatible with the Labview install process, causing a stall at some random point. We have corrected the problem by reimaging again with Enterprise. The labview install works under Windows 10 Enterprise.

Please take a look in this forum, that has a related topic:
