Veriteq offered this software package to interface their loggers with user's own code (including LabVIEW) starting in 1998, doubt that they still sell/support it, but you can ask them about it.

Sounds like their software provided for the 2000 is proprietary, thus maybe why they won't give you command set/communication protocol. You can always 'spy' on the communication data if using serial port......
