Do you have R3762BH user manual, there is programme section on it. I just output the waveform when the instrument is powered on. There is a command of trace output:"OT1DFOR", but I doesn't make it function. In the instrument driver library ,have ADVANTEST 3764 driver,
have tracedate output.vi in the vi tree. What i need is such subvi.

When trying to find an instrument driver, one generally checks with the manufacturer and NI's instrument driver site. If you cannot find the driver there, then you will have to write it yourself (moderatly difficult) or hire someone to do that for you.

There are people on the forum that would like to make a buck, but if you want to write the driver yourself, start here.
