to pass variables to teststand from labview without calling VI from TestStand

I want to pass some values to TestStand from a stand-alone VI. Is it possible to pass values without calling a VI in TestStand?

Do you want it in to a sequence (you need to have the sequence context for this) or would a station global do the job?

Here is one I did earlier this one is a standalone utlity that sets StationGlobals.TesterID
