It depends on what you mean. LV supports opaque colors everywhere, and
for completely transparent color in most places. It supports
semi-opaque colors in imported pngs and mngs. You can set the plots,
grids, plotting area, and a number of other colors to be either opaque
or transparent while executing. Another thing that may help is that
dashed lines will have both opaque and transparent regions.
