trouble adding columns in database

i was able to run the insert.vi, but when i try to add additional fields, i get an error (-214728...) what is going wrong? (by the way, i also added the additional column in the access database and it still gives that error.)

What version of LabVIEW are you using? Are you using the database connectivity toolkit? Has it worked in the past?

I recommend digging through NI's site. Advanced Search is a good place to start. You should also look at the postings at the bottom of this page?
