trouble installing-internal error 2359

I am an engineering student and I am having trouble installing LabVIEW in my personal laptop. I keep getting the message box that says "internal error 2359"

It is basically a Microsoft Installer Installer, that we use for installing LabVIEW, error on WinNT based operating systems. You will need to change some permissions configuration, and the above documents explains how to do it in details.
