two windows on taskbar with exe from app builder

When I run an executable I created with the LabView Applicatiob builder, I have only one open window on the desktop - my program.

But on the taskbar at the bottom of the Windows display, TWO bars show up, both for my program and both identical.

I am fairly sure that the duplicate bar on the taskbar is for the run-time engine, just as LabView shows up as its own task in development mode and the Vis and diagrams as separate tasks.

Is there any way to only have one task appear on the taskbar?

Thanks,
Brett

Try

hideRootWindow = T

in your app's ini file.

In LabVIEW 7.1 on Windows 2000 use

hideRootWindow = True

hideRootWindow = T didn't work for me, but got me on the right track. Thanks!
