I even found it using the search bar on this site looking for "PDF Toolkit". It was the first hit and that despite that the inside search on ni.com is usually pretty bad!
Don't start multiple threads about the same topic! I already answered you where you can find the PDF Toolkit in your other thread. Please note that it is not a free toolkit if you use more than the most simple functionality but might require you to buy a license from https://www.carya.nl/products/pfd-toolkit-labview/.
Looking at this VI in question it is actually using a roundabout way of generating a PDF file. It uses the Report Generation Toolkit in LabVIEW to startup a session with Microsoft Word (you need to have Microsoft Word installed on any computer you want to execute this VI in) to then have Word print to a printer driver called Cute PDF Writer which is a separate software from here https://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp that installs a virtual printer driver.

Note that we don't have an online free version of the toolkit for >LV13.
The paid version is available for >LV8.5.
It's just too much work to maintain the free version (being distributed without diagrams, as (back then) we didn't want to give away the IP).
If you contact us, we will probably give you a download so you can test. This is just the official sales channel, after a test period you should either pay or remove the software. The latter is basically "money back guarantee" without having paid.

All sub VIs seem to be report generation toolkit.
That should be available in the normal installation of 17, although installing it could be optional?

We can't! You provide no information whatsoever what your actual problem is. The VI in this thread loads perfectly fine in my LabVIEW version without any missing subVIs. It won't work though unless you have installed:
- Microsoft Word
- CutePDF Writer
- A Ghostcript engine as explained in the CutePDF Writer installation guide
If you can't even see the Report Generation VIs in there, you must have LabVIEW Base or Full package installed or something. I never used that as it may seem cheap but simply lacks to much functionality to be useful.
