What version of NI VISA are you using? The file that interactive control is looking for installs with the CVI Run-time Engine. Do you have that installed? If you do, I would recommend repairing the install. From Add/remove programs, click on the change button next to the National Instruments Software entry. Click on NI LabWindows/CVI x.x Run-Time Engine, and click on repair. If the problem still persists, I would try repairing your NI-VISA install. Hope this helps.
