Every once in a while windows explorer just loves to move folders- (or a small child with fat fingers-)  I'ld blame it on someone else

from the control panel (windows) go to add/remove programs> NI software.  You'll get a list of all NI stuff.  Select Labview and click Repair.  You'll need the media.
