unexpected behaviour

please have a look at the appended file
if I start his application I am getting "Numeric" and "Tab Control". I don't get other controls like "Numeric 2" because they are inside a Tab Control.
As far as good but if I put the same code into my application, I get every control even if they are inside one or more Tab Controls. Has one of you an explaination ? I just want this code to work like in this example file but I have no idea how to reach that - did I change any settings or whats going on there? Any known bugs ?

I think you should attatch the code that doesn't work instead of the example that does. Maybe your controls aren't really inside a tab but are floating above it?

yes, but I have controls outside tab-control, too
Whats the reason for this behavior ?
Could you explain, please? - it's urgent!

If you look at the example, you'll notice that the controls are visible on every tab that you select. The only way that this can happen is if the controls are floating above the tab controls and not part of the tab. This happens when you use the arrow keys to move the controls on the tabs. If you drag them off and then back on again with the mouse, the controls then are only visible on the selected tab and it should behave the way you want.

unbelievable, I changed nothing but it seems to work now :-?

But thanks for your advice - now I know at least what to check if it shouldn't work tomorrow at work (I'm using version 6.1 at work, now I tried it in 7.0 at home)

You were really a help - thanks ! :-))
