unusual reading during calibration with AT-MIO-64-E3

Hello!

I am using AT-MIO-64-E3 DAQ  and Labview 7.1 version in Windows 2000 operating system. Currently I am calibrating few thermocouples and getting unusual values. I am using 17 channels for same number of thermocouples. The voltage reading is good for the first 10 channels but very weird for the remaining 7 channels (they are much higher than first 10 and not correct). There is no problem with the hardware connection as the voltage across all the channels in the terminal block and also in the MAX  test pannels shows correct value.

Hi Ashiqacrc,

I'd like to clarify a few things- when you take a measurement when you're using the MAX test panels your readings are good, but when you run your LabVIEW program you're seeing bad results on 7 channels?  Has this always been a problem, or have you only seen this recently?  If you believe this is a hardware issue, I would recommend running the DAQ diagnostic utility, as well as doing a self test in MAX.  If you believe this is a software issue, maybe you could post your VI on the forum?  How exactly are you doing this calibration?  Have you tried switching your thermocouples around on the different channels (to test to see if there is specifically something wrong with the thermocouples)?
