upper and lower threshold

Anyone know how to find the upper and the lower threshold of an image? Please help me!

Do you mean the minimum and maximum pixel values? If so, there are subVIs that will read images and returns (among other things) a 2D array of pixel values. Look in the pictures subdirectory inside vi.lib.
