usb to serial converter on cRIO

i want to communicate with 2 instruments from a cRIO through serial port. But my controller have only 1 serial port. Can I use a USB to serial converter and use the USB port of my cRIO for meeting my requirement...?

Hi,

You may be able to do it if you are strong enough to re-write a driver for your USB to Serial converter.

You can use the VISA USB functions to do so, but I am not sure that they are RT compatible.
