Hai friend,

                Actually i have configured a Analog input as a virtual channel . In Measurement and automation explorer i have configured a channel in custom scaling i have create a new in which i have entered the scaling parameters slope and Y - intercept and i saved the channel. Now  i need those values for calculations in VI. so  how to take those  values  from  Measurement and automation explorer.....

In LV under the Daqmx pallete/ Advanced functions/  scale setup, their is a property node that will let you get the parameters of the scale. I have never used it before but it should do what you described.
