using fieldpoint 6.0.11 with 64 bit labview 2011 program.

I have a vi I wrote to acquire data from a Fieldpoint analog input module (AI-110) connected to a FP-1000. I wrote this for a 32 bit installation of Labview. Recently I moved to Win7 x64 & now my vi will no longer run. Specifically I seem to be having problems with FPLVMgr.dll. It seems this will not work with a 64 bit system. Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this? I found nothing on the help files or the NI site so far....

Hi Joe_McC

Could you please clarify something for me: I understand that you have moved to Windows 7 x64 - have you also upgraded to a 64 bit version of LabVIEW?

FieldPoint is not compatible with 64 bit versions of LabVIEW, so I would recommend installing a 32 bit version if this is the case.

That is exactly whay I've done. Are there any plans to bring out a x64 compatible version of Fieldpoint? Its really inconvient to have to run the 2 versions of labview.

Thanks,

joe

FieldPoint is now a Legacy family, so I'm afraid that it is unlikely that there will be any further versions released.

The role of the FP family has now been taken by the cRIO.

All the best,
