using labview without the IMAQ board for image acquisition

if can be done, how can the image be downloaded or control of system wirelessly via bluetooth?

While I don't know about bluetooth (bluetooth are specification for wireless technology to link devices), if you are using Windows you can use a webcam to capture images. It is the webcam that can be connected to the computer via a bluetooth wireless link.

There are several toolkits that allows you to use webcams within LabVIEW. You can look at Parente's webcam library, which is for free. Also, there is IVision by Irene He, which also include image processing. The people at INVENTeering also have a webcam library called INVENTvisionVFW and they also know about webcams, so you may ask them about wireless (bluetooth) cameras.

About that, I did a quick search and found that Sony has an adapter to connect their Handycam Camcorder wirelessly to the Internet.
