The parallel2.vi doesn't work when called, but if i double click and run it using its 'internal' variables it works. I am giving it the same port address etc as my main calling program is. An ideas? (only thought is that my main.vi is saved with all workings in a dll - but i don't realy understand how to manipulate it if this is the prob.)
Could you provide a little more detail? What is parallel2.vi? Could you attach it and your main program? You say that the main VI is saved with all workings in a DLL. You've used the app builder to create a DLL from the main and only then the subVI doesn't work? What exactly doesn't work>? Do you get an error or is it something else?
