vi for Four-Point Probe Measurement?

I am using LabVIEW 2010 in conjunction with my Keithley 2400 to take four-point probe measurements. Does anyone have a good vi for taking four-point probe measurements in LabVIEW? Any vi's for current sweeps would be greatly appreciated, as well.

Not sure about the first question but there is a sweep example that comes with the driver.

Unfortunately, I didn't find any four point probe VI's internally, so hopefully some customers using the 2400 or a similar power supply will see this forum and post. Please let us know if you have any questions.

The keithley company provide a basic but good application for seep 4 point meassurements. It is call Lab tracer. You can find it in the keithley web page
