there are already plenty of applications for touchpanels using LV. You can create your own applications, but you will need
this.
Regarding speech recognition: Hm, i think you
can do something like this with LV, but i wouldnt create that on a PC-plattform. This is mainly due to perfromance reason. How good is speech recognition which takes several ms up to s to know what you said
