Hello, I've just installed Vision Assistant 2009, and would like to ask how else can I use it to analyse fluorescence images (for example fluorescently labeled beads) besides the functions taught in the tutorial?
Those in the tutorial only highlighted treshold in grayscale and a few others, how do I do a color intensity analysis for example?
The tutorial also did not provide the instructions on using the "color" tab and other functions which I assume is useful in trying to analyse fluorescence.
Do advise, thank you!
