can someone help me to do block diagram of the files in the attachment?

Yes, we could, but we typically don't do homework. Since you got this assignment, I assume that all required skills have been taught in class, so check your class notes and see how far you get. Good luck!
If you get stuck and have a very specific question, come back and show us what you have done and explain what you tried.
Since you seem to have problems with the block diagram, can we assume that you finished the front panel already?

Pictures (such as you posted) are fine for showing us your assignment and a cute method of using LabVIEW Front Panel objects to make an interesting "picture" of the elements of the code. As Altenbach has noted, you need to make an effort to learn LabVIEW. This mean you have to spend the time to make your own Front Panel and Block Diagram (don't worry about making a "cute" Front Panel for now -- just put down the "Known Inputs", the "Controls" (switches, buttons) that you need, and a place to "show the results".
When you are ready to ask for help, do not submit pictures!. You are writing LabVIEW programs, so attach your code (this would be files ending with the extension .vi, and possibly controls with the extension .ctl.
