watlow ez-zone write error

Hi,

I need help on Watlow EZ-ZONE ModBus write function.

When i send the packets of data to set the temp, it gives back 6101 error (timeout error).

I tried this in setting the set point. It does set the setpoint properly but it gives back an error.

please see attached vi and the reference note from the manual.

By the way, i didnt compute for the CRC16, its not included in the packets of data (cluster).

Take a look at the troubleshooting steps in the document, "Error 6101 in Modbus Library", and see if they help any.
