.wav file IQ data

I want to save my audio file after fm demodulation on IQ data from usrp 2920.I can hear the data properly but when i save it on a .wav file it does not play.It .wav file gives error 0xc00d36c4 on playing.I eman it saves or creates a .wav file on the desktop screen  but it does not play proper;y.

Kindly suggest what may have gone wrong or the possible reasons.

Please do not attach (only) partial pictures of your code.  Attach the fully-viewable, editable, (potentially) executable LabVIEW VI file (or, much better, compress the Folder holding the entire Project and attach the resulting ZIP file).

Note that if this is really a USRP question, there is a separate USRP Software Radio forum where you might consider asking.
