wave file to waterfall or 3d plot

hi,
i'm just kind of stuck on what to do.  I have a .wav file that i have imported and am sending it through a Spectral Measurments vi to produce a power spectrum.  I want to get it to feed into a 3d waterfall plot  but can't seem to get it to work.

also if anyone has anyother ideas on processing the .wav file into a 3d plot that would be good.

thank you

Hello Ifoitek

I have modified your VI to take the wave file and plot it on the 3D graph.  There is an example that was built for this exact application.  However, you have to have the Sound and Vibration Toolkit.

You might have to adjust some of the settings to get the exact representation that you want.

Rob,
on the vi you attached i'm having trouble getting it to do an inverse FFT.  is there an example of that or do you have a solution?

thanks
