waveform cursor problem

I am having problem with the cursor name on a waveform graph. The cursor
name was not fully shown. For instance, if the cursor name is "5000" then
only one 0 is displayed, all other numbers are chopped off. Does anyone
has similar experience before? Your help is highly appriciated.

I am not sure whether this is your problem or not, but by
default, the cursor display shows about 9 characters (if you're
putting in 0's). There could be more or less characters,
depending on the character (cap W for example, or small i).
If you put in more characters than the box can display, it will
scroll right past the first set and display the next character.

You can fix this by making the name box larger. Select the
graph and choose edit>>edit control from the menu. Once in the
control editing window you'll see a button on the toolbar that
looks like a wrench. Click this button to put the window in
edit mode. You can now resize the cursor display and its
elements. Resize the cursor name box and either save the
control under a special name for reuse or select "
apply changes"
from the file menu. Your graph will now display larger cursor
names.

There may be other easier methods. Perhaps Greg or someone else
knows a way.

Thank you for your suggestion, however, what I meant is the cursor name
display on the graph itself, not the cursor name box on the cursor display
part.

BTW, the wavegraph I am using is a wavegraph Type-Def. I use this type-def
at several places in my application. A couple of them display the cursor
names correctly, that is, they show the full name, the rest type-defs show
the truncted cursor names. Maybe a LabView bug? I am using LabView 5.1.
