wavelet denoising in real time

Hi,

 I have to use some filters "express filter" and " wavelet denoising" in real time the VI front panel. but they didn't work,I received two error message that indicate me that the wavelet denoising is empty and that the samplig frequency for the express filter must be 0< fs <fs/2. please note that the filters work well when I use the data base (related to the ECG signals) oppened with NI biomedical start up kit (internal mode)

Are you using a real time target?' can you send screenshots of the error messages??
