wavelet transform

Hi,everyone. I meet a problem that has confused me for almost one month. I use the VI from Signal Toolkit to detect the ridges of the wavelet transform of a signal. But I can't reconstruct the signal using the ridges. Could anyone help me?

I am using LabVIEW8.5 with Signal Toolkit7.0 and I can't find suitable VI to solve my problems.

Use the Wavelet Analysis VIs to perform transforms and inverse transforms between a signal and the wavelet coefficients of the signal. You can use the Feature Extraction VIs to perform denoising, detrending, probability density function estimation, peak detection, edge detection, and ridge detection on a 1D or 2D signal.
I am sure you have it in 8.6 not sure in 8.5,

At first, thanks for your enthusiasm in my topic. LabVIEW8.5 possesses functions as you have mentioned, while my problem is how to reconstruct the signal using the ridges detected already.

In the paper written by Jing Lin, I just find there are so many technical terms that make understanding almost impossible. I have bought a book named 'An Introduction to Wavelet' by Charles K. Chui. It is necessary to get enough basic knowledge before making any progresses.
