wdapi900.dll error on windows 7 while running labview 2010 executible

I don't think wdapi900.dll is a National Instruments software. Where did you get that? Did you check that it is fully supported under Windows 7?

Obviously this wdapi900.dll is either not present in a path that the system can find or it is trying to load other dll's somewhere that are not accessible. It could also be trying to access a kernel device driver that is not Windows 7 compatible.

error 2 is just a logical error from the first one, since all the VIs that access that DLL can't be executable and cause such a message. So find out where wdapi900.dll is from, if it works for Windows 7 and if it does how to install it on your system that it works for applications that make use of it.
