Hi Bruna,
I don't believe your questions is directly related to this forum thread, so you may be better off posting on a new discussion forum thread.
Is the webcam connected via USB? If so it will use the IMAQdx drivers to acquire images. Do you have Vision Acquisition Software installed? If so, the IMAQdx examples will automatically be included in the LabVIEW Example Finder (Help»Find Examples...). I would recommend looking at the Snap.vi and Grab.vi examples (Browse»Hardware Input and Output»IMAQdx»High-Level) for ideas on acquiring individual or continuous images witht the IMAQdx functions.
When you says "compare it to a standard" what do you mean? What exactly are you comparing? There are VIs to perform pattern matching, shape matching, edge detection, color matching, etc. You can look into these options both in the function palette (Functions»Vison and Motion»Machine Vision) or the Example Finder (Browse»Toolkits and Modules»Vision)
I hope that information is helpful!

Thank you for the examples, it's more or less what I want it.
About the program you need to imagine a scanner which "filters out" what it is good and what is not good.
Example: process to harvest yellow flowers with five petals.
Several flowers on a treadmill ... now that the flower focuses on the treadmill with the web cam, the program should tell me if that is really I needed (in the case, yellow with 5 petals), if he scan a blue flower with 3 petals , he tells me that is non-standard for some reason.
In this example I used the color ... but in reality I needed more data ... need it to scan through the pixels maybe literally. I do not know ... almost as if they put a striped ball in front of the web and the standard was a smooth ball, he warned me that something's wrong. Have striped where not have to be.
I tried to start the program, but my knowledge is extremely low in labview.
Could you help me? Please, this much needed project.
It is very difficult?
Thank you !
I'm sorry for my bad English 😞

Look my program in attachments.
I have a program here that compares two files and shows where the picture is different. (in this case, put a photo of a machine and compare the same photo with a cut in it just to test the program) and it really works ..
But I want an LED lights up if the images were really different ..
And I would also like one of the images to be compared were taken from a web cam. Is it possible? how? I have tried many ways and methods and failed. Can anyone help me?
thank you!

Hello Bruna,
It is difficult to tell if you are posting a followup to your previous post or if you are asking an entirely new question. If this is related to your last post can you please elaborate on what your question is? If this is a new question, please create a new thread and post a link to it.
