when I use highlight above some vis appears a green arrow...

...and above some appear three green dots? My application stops at the next sequence structure after the three dots vi, what do they mean, I cannot find anything in the help?

Hi Robert

The green arrow indicates a sub-vi which is executing. The green dots indicate a sub-vi which is pending to execute.
If you keep watching it, you'll see the dots change to the green arrow.

Just have a look at the attached vis. Execute main.vi in highlighting mode and you can see it. In sub.vi I just call the wait-function to make the execution glyphes visible.
