I believe this is the download you are looking for: http://www.ni.com/download/labview-fpga-module-2012/3088/en/

Here is the link for the 2012 Xilinx Tools: http://www.ni.com/download/labview-fpga-module-2012/3209/en/

Where are you entering your serial number?  I am able to simply download it using the webpage:

EDIT:

You could also try downloading it with direct links:

1. NI Downloader for FPGA Module 2012: http://download.ni.com/evaluation/labview/ekit/other/downloader/2012FPGA-Eng_downloader.exe

2. Installer for FPGA Module 2012: http://download.ni.com/evaluation/labview/ekit/other/downloader/2012FPGA-Eng.exe

Thank you for the direct links

The problem I have is my system is 64bits and I have installed LabVIEW 2012 64bits . is there any direct link for downloading 2012 FPGA Module for 64bits systems because it complains and asks for LabVIEW 2012 32 bits?

Thanks

I could not find a 64 bit download...

From what I understand, there is only 1 download for the FPGA Module.  It should install a subset of the available commands in the 64-bit LabVIEW 2012.  (See here for the info I was able to find: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Installation-of-LabVIEW-2012-SP1-FPGA-Module-with-LabVIEW-2012/td-p/... )

*Perhaps someone from NI could address this more specifically.

For a lot of modules/toolkits for LabVIEW there are only a 32bit version.

There is not a 64-bit version of the LabVIEW FPGA Module. You'll have to install 32-bit LabVIEW to use the FPGA Module (as well as RT, and many of the other modules).

Cheers!
