what are you talking about?
Can you explain in detail what do you refer to saying "this"?
What will be different when you pin the palette?

I think he's referring to the wide space between the items. The same thing happens on mine, except I only have the top 2. This is caused by all the placeholders (that you don't see). You can simply edit your palette set to move the items. In fact, when you do edit that palette you'll see all the placeholders.
