why only two channels but there are big delays in DAQ6210?

Hi

I am using USB 6210 for sensor(voltage) data acquisition, there are two channels. I use "Measurement & Automation" to test every channel, there is no problem. there is no delay. But when I use my "two channels collecting.vi", the display will be several seconds delay. What's the problem? Any help wiil be grateful.
